Is this Ellie Wade’s official store?
Yes! I own and operate this store. When you purchase directly from me, more of your support
goes straight to the author instead of large retailers like Amazon.
How will I receive my audiobooks or ebooks?
All digital purchases are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout via my distributor.
- Audiobooks: Listen in the free BookFunnel App (available for Android, Apple, and Kindle Fire devices) or directly in your web browser.
- Ebooks: Read in the BookFunnel App or load them into your favorite e-reader app.
What is BookFunnel?
BookFunnel is a trusted platform created by an author, Damon J. Courtney, in 2015 to give readers easy access to digital books. I’ve used BookFunnel since 2016 to deliver review copies, bonus content, and now my audiobooks and ebooks—and I love it!
How do I listen to my audiobooks?
Audiobooks purchased from elliewade.com will only work in the BookFunnel App or the
BookFunnel Cloud Player. The Cloud Player streams your audiobooks without taking up device storage.

Are all of your audiobooks available in your store?
Not all of them. Before I began independently producing my audiobooks, I worked with publishers, so some titles are only available through Audible or iTunes. In addition, not every book has been produced in audio (yet!). However, all the audiobooks I personally own the rights
to are available here in my store.
Can I use Audible, iTunes, or other apps?
If you want to use Audible or iTunes, you’d need to purchase the audiobook directly from those retailers. However, with my store, you can enjoy the same quality audio at a better price—and with the added bonus of supporting me directly. Ebooks can still be read in your preferred apps, like Kindle or iBooks.
How much does the BookFunnel App cost?
It’s completely free for readers and audiobook listeners!
How does BookFunnel compare to Audible, Apple Books, or others?
The audio quality is identical to what you’d get from Audible or Apple Books. The difference? When you purchase directly from me, you pay less—and I receive a much higher percentage.
For example, Audible pays authors only 25% royalties for non-exclusive audiobooks. When you buy here, I earn 97% (minus credit card fees). Your support makes a huge difference!
What is your shipping policy?
I aim to ship all packages within 3 business days. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once available. (Tracking may show before the parcel is scanned by the carrier—if there’s no progress after several days, please contact me).
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll promptly send a replacement at no cost.
- Signed copies: All print books come with a written or printed signature page.
- Swag & packaging: While I often include fun swag or unique packaging, these extras are not guaranteed and may vary depending on availability. Your purchase is always for the book itself—the rest is a surprise gift from me!
Do you ship internationally?
I’m sorry, not at this time.
Do all books come signed?
Yes! All books include my signature—either handwritten or printed. At the moment, most copies are still hand-signed, but I’m beginning to transition to printed signatures. Signing every book
has started to take a toll on my hands, and I want to make sure I can keep writing for many years to come.
Please note: books are not personalized by default. If you’d like yours made out to a specific name, just leave me a note at checkout with the details, and I’ll be happy to personalize it for you.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me.
Do your books have spice?
Most of my romance books fall in the medium range, with about a 2–3 chili pepper spice rating. My sweet romance Licorice Wishes and my zombie series Gray World do not contain any spice.
